SCT’s Steps To Wellbeing programme is designed to improve the mental health of people experiencing unemployment, this free and unique programme combines a holistic combination of 1:1 support from experienced staff and trained volunteer mentors, and nature based therapy activities.
- Working from community hubs in Woking, Reigate, and Stanwell, the team can:
- Work with beneficiaries to identify their needs, aspirations and mental health challenges
- Develop goals and next-steps for employment & positive mental health
- Match clients with volunteer mentors who can provide long term support
- Offer optional group nature-based therapy sessions
