Outside & Active courses

Our new Outside & Active courses are designed to help people struggling with their mental health.

Our new, free Outside & Active courses comprise of 12 weeks of ‘Nurture through Nature‘ activities designed to encourage friendships, build confidence, and reduce anxiety. The courses provide positive experiences, even for young people who usually struggle to engage with others. This helps to build confidence, grow a sense of achievement and self-worth, and make new friends.

Get in touch if you know someone, or groups of people who might benefit, or if you would like to volunteer.
