Have an hour a week to spare? You can use your desire to help and your life experiences to support vulnerable people with their wellbeing and employment needs.
Mentoring combines personalised, long-term support with integrated skills-training ensuring people can thrive once our support has ended.
Trained and supported by our dedicated Mentor Coordinators, mentors can bring a huge amount of skill and expertise to each relationship: knowledge of guidance and research, a wealth of community resources, ability to support different vulnerabilities, and shared experience and learnings from other services.
This free one day course covers everything you need to become a volunteer mentor.
