Good mental health and wellbeing is important to every part of life, from relationships, physical health, to school or employment. More and more people struggle with their mental health, many from a young age; over half of all mental health disorders start before the age of 14, with 75% by 24 years of age.
Our services provide a vital lifeline for young people and adults navigating life’s challenges. We are proud to offer one-to-one mentoring (both within schools and across the Surrey community), and our nurture through nature activities, ensuring support is accessible wherever it is needed most.
Whether helping a student overcome barriers to learning or supporting an adult in rebuilding their confidence, our trained mentors work to foster the resilience and self-belief necessary for long-term wellbeing
